Configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC and Email Aliases

Goal

Implement authenticated email for a custom domain hosted in Hostinger using Zoho Mail.

Steps

1. 1.

   Verify domain in Zoho Mail.

2. 2.

   Add Zoho MX records in Hostinger.

3. 3.

   Add SPF TXT record:

   v=spf1 include:zohomail.com ~all (TTL 14400
4. 4.

   Publish DKIM TXT record generated by Zoho.

5. 5.

   Publish DMARC TXT record.

6. 6.

   Create aliases: hello@, jobs@, projects@, security@.

7. 7.

   Validate with MXToolbox and test mail flow.
